To educate “OUR” children for a better tomorrow!
We will build the foundation of this “Family” through an emphasis on the importance of meaningful relationships.
- Resilience and persistence to deal with adversity and overcome it.
Development of our own Resilience is just as important as the development of our students. It is difficult at times to work in such a challenging school. We are tested each and every day to be positive in front of our students especially when there are other things happening in our lives. We sometimes have a thousand excuses as to why we could or should fail. It is so easy to quit, to make these excuses seem overwhelming. I try to put things into perspective, what is really important? Our personal struggles seem to be so overwhelming at times until we put them down in writing and compare this list to those who really struggle through life and the problems they have. Our kids need each of us each and every day.
